Synching Blackberry to Outlook in seperate calendar and sharing in

I currently moved into a new position within a company.

Our IT guy moved all of my Outlook information to the new computer, which
includes my calendar. The problem is my calendar is now on the same calendar
as one of the partners. Yesterday, when I synched the blackberry all of my
calendar went into his blackberry.

I first need to know how to create another calendar and be able to tell the
blackberry where to synch the information too so it won't download my
personal calendar.

2nd, I would like to know if there is a way to share this partners calendar
with 2 other PC computers. We all need to access his calendar, but only I
have the capability to synch his Blackberry. Is there a way to do this and
if so, how?
