Synching MSN calendar with Outlook 2007

I was able to synch my MSN calendar to Outlook 2007 for years. About 2 weeks
ago I upgraded Live Messenger to version 2009 (Build 14.0.8050.1202). Ever
since then I no longer see my calendar details on the computer with the
updated Live Messenger. On another computer with the previous version of
Messenger, I can still see my appointments.

Here is the detailed report of the server status on the computer that is not
working:

Outlook Connector Version 12.0.6414.1000

Account: (e-mail address removed)

Signed in successfully at 1/27/2009 9:31:57 AM


Mail: Last successfully refreshed at 4:03 PM.

Calendar: Last successfully refreshed at 4:03 PM.

Contacts: Last successfully refreshed at 4:03 PM.

I am running version 12.0.6414.1000 of the Outlook Connector.

Please help?!

Diane Poremsky [MVP]

I think I confused your problem with another - this is a private msn mailbox
calendar and you are just using the connector, not an office live shared
calendar? I was thinking it was an office live calendar marked public.

Correct - it is a private msn mailbox that i want to connect to Outlook 2007
- as i have been doing for years, but it won't work since i updated to the
new Live Messenger. So - any ideas to help with My problem?

Diane Poremsky [MVP]

It may be related to the live messenger update but I don't know if you just
need to reinstall the connector or run office diagnostics or uninstall
messenger. I'd start with office diagnostics.
