synching outlook with handheld

I just got an ipaq h2210 which links to my outlook files
with Microsoft software. Great. But I just noticed that
when it synched, all of my appoinments were an hour off!!
This is disastrous and I don't know what to do - both to
change them all (which I can do with consulting the PC
which has the info on correctly) and to make sure this
does not happen in the future so I can trust what I am
looking at in my calendar. I don't even know whom to ask
about this.

Thanks for your help.

Ensure your Outlook Calendar time settings match your Windows time settings,
especially the Daylight Savings Time option. Also, check the time on your
iPAQ - Settings->System->Time.
