Synching Yahoo Plus email in duplicate.

I just opened Outlook 2007 and Outlook started downloading already downloaded
Yahoo Plus emails, thus duplicating existing emails.
Any suggestions on how to make this behavior stop other than using the Yahoo
browser email?

Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
