Synchonize Administrators between PWA and STS

When I try to synchonize the administrators between STS
and PWA, the system just hangs with the gears spinning.
Anyone seen this and know what may be the problem?

Gary,

I did notice one other problem, in that the issues counts
on the issues pages all reflect zero, when in fact they
shouldn't. All of the subwebs are being created, and I'm
not aware of any other problems.

Jeff:

I suspect your problem is with the account you're using for STS
administration in COM+. This may mean that the account does not have the
correct role in the STS database. It must be a security administrator and a
datareader.
