Synchronisation - contact address book

Hi,

we've got in the company a possibility to synch all the company contacts
divided into groups and departments via intranet webpage using some add-on to
Outlook address book (means I get mail address, phone no., photo, date of
birth, etc. on my own computer). Anyone knows where the data is stored and
how can I review, which people/departments I have already selected for synch?

Using Microsoft Outlook 2003.
