Synchronisation in Project Center

Where can I set time how often entourage clients synchronise with
shared files on our server?
I think it takes too long? What about mobile users it they are not
connected to the server? Every time
they get error messages project center cannot synchronise. What*s the
best practice for them?

You can't - it's fixed.

I think it takes too long?

Entourage will look for changes on the server every 5 minutes. If you change
an item, entourage will start to sync it 1 minute after the last change is
completed.

What about mobile users it they are not
connected to the server? Every time
they get error messages project center cannot synchronise. What*s the
best practice for them?

What does the full error message say? I do not normally have any problems
syncing, providing the server is mounted at the time.
