A week ago Outlook ceased downloading email as it arrived, or when i clicked
on 'send and receive'. Now it will only download mail from the previous day
when i turn on the computer in the morning. If I close down Outlook and
restart it will not download any new mail. I have to access Hotmail on line
continually during the day to access email.

Do you get any error messages? Is this a paid Hotmail account? Free
Hotmail account access via Outlook and Outlook Express is being phased out.
