Synchronising outlook 2003 between a laptop and server

How do I avoid duplications when synchronising, I have loaded the pst file
onto the laptop and on the server which is based in another country but on
our network - they are exactly the same. Only differnece between them is the
new mail being delivered to the mailbox on the server. Therefore when logging
onto the network a connection is made and they strat to sync. but I keep
getting duplications of emails, tasks etc. all folders are setup for on -
offline use.

You should talk to your e-mail administrator to turn on the option to delete
the file after sync
