Synchronising Outlook contacts with an Access table

I'm writing a customer relationship database which includes a lot of
information about my clients' investments, contact history and other
things.

It would be useful for the information I enter about my clients in
Access to also be available in the equivalent fields in Outlook, and
for information I enter into Outlook to automatically be available in
Access.

So I'm wondering if anyone can point me to some good web sites or book
references describing how to link a record in an Access table with an
Outlook contact, so edits to either one affect the other.
