Synchronising outlook on one client with outlook on another

I'm not to sure how to phrase this question, so it's
probably easier to explain what I want to do, and ask if
and how it can be done.

I'm currently running xp pro and outlook 2003 on a
desktop. I now have a laptop on which I've installed xp
pro and outlook 2003.

I want to be able to keep both outlook clients in sync,
regardless of which client recieved the email/data. I
understand this can be done using Exchange Server by
sync'ing .ost files, but as I'm not using Exchange Server
I cannot do this. Can this or something similar be
achieved using outlook only.

Not natively, but see if http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm helps.
