Synchronising views between Cached Exchange mode and normal mode

OL 2003 / XP, Exchange 2003 / WIndows 2003

I notice that when I move to Cached Exchange mode, none of my
customized Contacts views are available. When I turn off Cached
Exchange mode, the come back.

Help please?
