Synchronization between Two Exchange Servers

I'm running Outlook 2002 on a W2K Server with Exchange 2000 at work.
At home I have the exact same setup - but on my own domain.

How do I go about keeping the two machines in synch?

The most obvious solution is to save each Outlook to a PST file then
open it into the other machine - but I'm not entirely thrilled about
this solution. It wouldn't be so much a synchronization as a copying
tool. (For example, I would have to delete or move appointments
manually on both sides.)

Are there any tricks and/or utilities outthere that would help me out?

TIA,

Mike Gray

Get yourself a palm or other hand-held, you can use active
synch to synchronise the data then and carry the data
between your two "sites" with the handheld!

Mmm.

I've had a couple of palms, though not at the moment - but (ideally)
I'm looking for something that wouldn't involve my hauling gear back
and forth. (Some kind of internet service would be great.) The fact
that palms also don't tend to like custom fields would be a drawback
to a really ideal solution - although I could live with that drawback
as well.

TIA,

Mike
