I have a user with the following problem:
Users goes thru the following routine to synchronize:
1. Tools, send/receive, Internet email
2. Tools, Synchronize, Mail only
3. Tools, Synchronize, All folders.
The first time he synchronizes everthing works fine.
When he follows with the second synchronization, it
thinks for awhile and the gets the following error:
"Synchronization with the offline folder file could not
be completed. The Microsoft exchange server is not
available. Either are network problems or the Microsoft
exchange server computer is down for maintenance".
There is only one user having this problem and the
exchange server is up and running fine. Please
advise...
