Synchronization issues

For the past 1-2 months, Outlook no longer receives emails when I click on
Synchronize. It seems it takes about 5-10 min before Outlook can see the new
emails. I can see the new emails when I go to mail.live.com in a web browser.

I'm using Outlook 2007 with SP1, I have all the updates installed. Oracle
connector is 12.0.6423.1000. I have Windows Live applications installed and I
have AVG Anti-virus installed.

If I use Windows Live Mail and do synchronize, I get the emails right away.
