Have a contact list (users personal contact list) that is shared to a few
other users. Do not want to use public folders. Updated contacts with
considerable more contacts - they show locally but will not synchronize to
server (shows 6033 contacts on server and 17762 contacts offline). Ran
ScanOST and all that appears to do is verify this - but tool doesnt seem to
help fix the issue.
