synchronization problem

I am using timesheet approvals.
Each time I update progress from Project Pro, I receive
out of sync massage.
What do I need to do in order to update from MSP Pro as
well and nor receiving these errors?

Itzik --

If your organization is using timesheet approval, that means you are also
using managed time periods. Because of this, you cannot update progress
manually into the Microsoft Project plan, with the exception of milestones.
When using managed time periods, all progress must be submitted through
Project Web Access. Hope this helps.
