Synchronization Question

Can the following be done in Outlook and how do I do it?

User has workstation at office, HPIPAQ handheld, and laptop at home. I want
the user to be able to do the following.

1. sync IPAQ with Workstation
2. take IPAQ home and sync with laptop
3. when user connects via dial-up user sees contacts, calendar, inbox, and
so forth that is on exchange server
4. but when user is offline they should not see any email in inbox and
should beable to sync contacts, calendar, notes, and tasks
5. When user does a Send/Receive it should only send emails composed on
laptop and not receive them also does not sync contacts, calendar, notes,
and tasks and will not create duplicates in any of the following: contacts,
calendar, notes, and tasks. The only way contacts, calendar, notes, and
tasks are syncronized from the IPAQ.

I want to avoid getting duplicate contacts, calendar, notes, and tasks,
along with not seeing email when offline.
