synchronize calender between personal folder and mailbox

kindly help me how to synchronize personal folder calender with mailbox
calender.

It would probably be better if you setup an offline folder file (OST) as
opposed to using a PST to keep an Exchange Server mailbox sync'd with your
local machine.
