Uncheck it, or check changed pages only.

The only option is to uncheck publish change page only, which will then overwrite everything on the
serve, but will not delete any files that have been deleted locally during the publish operation.

LOL.
Saw the synchronize and didn't see the 2000.

But then again, why would they be asking about it, if they didn't see it??

I'm confused.

The reason I'm asking is we have a customer who uses
FP2000 to modify their website.

There is folder which holds log files within the site on
the server. The folder is added to daily with a log file
for statistics.

When the customer publishes (whether or not changed pages
only is checked) FP2000 'sees' the log files on the
server but not on the local machin and asks if the
customer wants them deleted. This is what I believe is
called synchronization.

Of course the customer does not. The customer must then
select 'no' for each file when asked.

Is there some way around this?

The solution is to either store the log folder outside of the web root or to convert the log folder
to a subweb.
