Synchronize problem after upgrade to exchange 2007

Dear All,

Last week our office upgraded the server from SBS 2003 to windows 08 and
exchange 07.
Now have some synchronize problem on my boss mac book.

He has two Mac, Mac book pro in office and Mac book air in home.
He updates the office mac calendar and keeps the entourage turn on for a
long time.
Then he back to home and check the calendar on mac book air but seems the
items didn't update to exchange server.
Also, he updates the calendar on mac book air at home and after check the
office mac, the items didn't update.
Can I force the entourage sync automatically after I update the calendar or
configuration the sync time of calendar?
I think the "schedule Send & Receive" setting not include calendar.

Another problem is the entourage emerge duplicate "Junk email" Folder at
Left hand Folder list & duplicate all the address in "Contact".
When I delete one of the duplicate things, both will delete.

Is your boss someone who simply closes his laptops and never logs out?
He may need to quit Entourage and restart it to get it going again.
Entourage was not designed to remain running all the time and stay
connected to Exchange.

The Send & Receive schedule does not affect Exchange accounts. You can
disable that if you have no other accounts.

I'm not quite understanding this part of your problem. Can you please
rephrase it?
