Synchronize the calender in microsoft exchange server with palm p.

Synchronize exchange with palm pilot

I have a new Palm Pilot T3 .. how do I Synchronize the shared calendar , when
I do the Synchronizing it takes on the personal calendar, if I remove the
personal folder it still does bring the shared calendar in to the palm pilot
I am using Microsoft Exchange server
