Synchronized between outlook 2003 and business contact manager

I am a new user of business contact manager.
How should I work with outlook and bcm. I cannot remove a contact in outlook
and place it in bcm as I still need the e-mail contact. But then I have
duplicate records that are not attached in outlook and bcm.
Maybe I have the wrong idea what to use bcm for?
How are others working with bcm?

You can move the contact from the Outlook Contacts folder to BCM
Business Contacts folder, and all the e-mail features that worked in in
Outlook Contacts should also work in BCM Business Contacts.

No you have the right idea!

It's just that the developers of BCM are using their own contact
database rather then sharing the one from Outlook. This is an example
of a bad design of an application system.

In Outlook you should be able to catigorize a person as Business and/or
some other catigorization. If the person is catigorized as Business it
would show up in BCM. This would make it an integrated solution with
existing microsoft applications such as BCM and Outlook.
