In Outlook 2007 , is it possible to auto-synchronize a calendar in my
personal folders with the mail sever calendar? This would make my life much
easier since my company limits the size of the space on the mail server, I
must maintain Outlook on my personal folders on my company laptop. Problem
then is only the mail server calendar can be synchronized with my PDA.

I have the same issue. There is no other way to sync a calendar in
personal folder then by buying a 3rd party app? That's ridiculous. Ha
this been verified by Microsoft?

what are you syncing it with? Activesync only supports syncing to one
calendar - your default. If you want to sync other calendars you either need
to sync them to your default calendar or get a sync program that supports
multiple calendars.
