Synchronizing EMAILS among 2 or more OUTLOOK Clients?

I am using Outlook 2000 and 2003 for my client email
software. I would like to find the most effective way to
synchronize emails between my office desktop computer and
my notebook.

My company uses domino's as the email server.

You situation is trickier than most because Outlook 2003's default PST
format can't be read by Outlook 2000. However, see
