Synchronizing folders between computers

Can somebody share their experience with tools to sync Outlook folders
(contacts, calendar)?

I use Outlook XP on two notebooks in a wireless network?

I searched this newsgroup quite well and didn't really find a lot of
information. Mostly to find is the link to the following:

But this webpage doesn't give any test, ratings or help on which tool to
select. So what is the recommended tool that is used and is easy to install,
to maintain and works flawless?

Do you need to have offline access to the folders on both machines or are
they always connected?

The machines are not always connected, so yes it would be nice to have
offline access.
