Synchronizing Hand helds to separate calenders?

I want to synchronize 2 hand held PDA's to separate calenders on the one
outlook. I work for 2 people who both have PDA's and separate calenders on
the reception computer, how do I synch the separate PDA's just in to their
own claender??
