Synchronizing hotmail headers

Hi,

I use Office Outook XP and everytime i try get Hotmail
mail the following error message appear:

"....Synchronizing headers detected an error
(0x800CCCF4)... Unknown error. Save existent work and
restart program."

I only use one hotmail acount. Could someone help me?
