Synchronizing my local calendar with a public folder

My office has SBS2003 and outlook 2003. Everyone puts stuff into a public
folder calendar and contacts. I have a Palm Treo 600 that can only synch
with my local calendar and contacts. I'd like a program to synchronize the
public folders with my local ones. Any suggestions?
