Synchronizing on Microsoft Exchange

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: Exchange

events (including meeting invitations) on exchange are not synching correctly.They are showing up on Entourage 24 hours earlier than scheduled. If I change them on Entourage then when I access them on Outlook (using the exchange) they are 24 hours late.
