Synchronizing Outlook between 2 computers

Hello all,

I have 2 machines at home on a Workgroup network:
-Win XP Pro w/ MS Office XP (all up to date)
-Win XP MCE 2005 w/ MS Office 2003

I was wondering if it is possible to get the two Outlooks to synchronize so
all data and settings will be the same for both? I am hoping that this is
possible with out additional or expensive software.

Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated,
