Synchronizing Outlook on two machines?

J

jamesmcnee

I have a home PC running Outlook XP and a machine at work with Outlook 2003

To start up I exported my contacts and addresses from home and imported them at work

But now I want to keep the two machines current and when I exported a pst file from my Outlook 2003 machine and tried to import it to my Ootlook XP I got an error about incompatible format

Any ideas on how best to sync? I don't mind doing the export / import thing (assuming I can figure it out) but if others have a better solution I'm all ears

Thanks

Hello James,

Use in your Outlook 2003 the old pst format.
Then you can place your pst file on an USB stick or synchronize your
information with a synchronization program.
Have a look at www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm or at my signature for a
powerful synchronization program.
