I have a cell phone which I sync with MS Outlook 2003. Each time I put the
phone on its docking station it syncs with Outlook but not before a pop-up
message letting me know that "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses
you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" The pop-up also
provides 4 selection as to how long to allow this: 1 minute, 2 min., 5 or 10
minutes.
At 1st I thought it was a function of the synching program that I had to
install to allow my phone to sync with Outlook. But then, I discovered it
was Outlook that's prompting me this pop-up because I purchased another
program that can sync with Outlook to export tasks.
How can I disable this pop-up? Or do I even want to? It's a bit annoying
that my phone can't sync automatically without triggering this pop-up and
requiring me respond.
Please help,
