Syncing BCM contacts with iPhone 3G

Does anybody know how to synchronise my BCM contacts with an iPhone 3G?

You really cannot synch BCM contacts with any type of phone (other than the
exclusively limited and lame MS WM version) without use of a 3rd party sync
solution.
