Syncing Calendar with Outlook Contacts Birthdays & Anniversaries

I have recently moved all my business contacts from a standard pst file to
the contacts folder on my work's exchange server. Unfortunately, my work
calendar was not updated with the birthdays and anniversary's of those
contacts. Are there any automated solutions for getting the calendar synced
with the birthdays and anniversaries in my contacts.

How did you do this move? If you used import/export, that's why you don't
see them. Import/export strips that (as well as other) information out.

Why not go to the original PST and copy the birthdays and anniversaries from
the calendar there as well?
