Syncing Palm IIIc and Office 2003

I'm currently using Franklin Planner in addition to Office 2003 (I like the task abilities better in Franklin). However, to keep life simple I'm thinking of switching over entirely to Outlook. Are there any problem syncing my Palm IIIc with Office 2003? I'd try it myself but the last time I did it with 2000 it wiped out my Franklin information. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. If you use Chapura PocketMirror (included on the Palm OS software CD) it
works fine. My IIIx does at any rate.
