Syncing shared calendar with HP iPAQ

I am using a HP iPAQ and synchronising it with my Outlook 2002 personal
calendar. We also use a shared (public) calendar in Outlook and I want to
sync events in it with the iPAQ as well. Any ideas on how to do this?
