Syncing Web Based Email with Outlook

I am using the Web Based Email from GoDaddy and I wish to sync/download the
emails to Microsoft Outlook so I can use Outlook to read and reply emails.

How can I set this up?

If http://help.godaddy.com/article/1000 doesn't do it, then you'd need to
ask GoDaddy.
