Syncing with Outlook 2003

I have an issue trying to sync my calender with my mobile phone. The phone is
a Nokia 6320 and i have Outlook 2003 SP1. i have the latest version of Nokia
software but Outlook seems to be denying the phone access to the data.
i have contacted Nokia support and done everything they wanted. Are there
any settings in Outlook that can allow this to happen? i got the same phone
working on another PC fine. OS is Win XP SP2.
