syncing with Palm

I am having problems with Entourage syncing with my Palm 700p. 2004 had no problem with the Entourage Conduit settings in the Palm Desktop, but I cannot get 2008 to shake hands. Anyone with ideas?

You have to use Missing Sync, their conduits and have sync services
turned on in Microsoft. There will be only one calendar in iCal called
Entourage and to ensure Palm entries are sync'd back to the desktop
categorize everything as Entourage. But this is a poor solution
compared to the conduit approach in 2004.

Thanks for the input. What is Missing Sync and where do I find it? Also, how do I find the calendar in iCal and how do I categorize the entries?
