Syncrinizing two folders

I would like to write a utility that synchronizes two folders in Outlook
(with Exchange).

Basic idea is that a secretary should be able to see his/her manager's
contact list. Changes made whould be made visible to both say every 10
minutes.

I have done Outlook programming before and just need some ideas to point me
in the right direction for this application.
