Syncronise SPV C600 with Microsoft Outlook 2002

when I sync the mobile phone with my laptop, it works fine. But when I add an
emailadress or change something from an existing contactperson on the mobile
phone and then sync with the laptop, the emailadress on the laptop is changed
for sending attachment it gives now 'send in the RTF-mode in outlook' and it
wil not stay as 'let outlook decide how to send'.
The thing is that if I want to send an attachment send to somebody and I
don't check it if it is in 'let outlook decide' the receiver doesn't receive
any attachment from me.
So what should I change that it works fine!

Sounds like the sync program you're using isn't fully up to date with
OL2002/2003. Is there possibly an update out there?

Then I would check with the maker of that software to see if there is an
update or one planned to change the behavior. It is not controlled by
Outlook.

After furious head scratching, Frank asked:

| I use sync 4.1.0 because it is a mobile 5 version
