Syncronization problems with Exchange

Hi all,

since I upgraded the 2003 version of Outlook into the latest 2007 one I am
not able to syncronize all the folders with the exchange server. For example
if I create a new contact after the syncronization I find an error message in
"Syncro.. Folder".
Does anybody have suggestions?
