Syncronization with Windows Mobile

I transferred all my outlook data from an XP to a new Vista computer without
problems. But when I syncronize with my HTC mobile phone (Windows Mobile 6.1)
I am able to syncronize documents but no contacts and calendar appointments.
I do not need emails. I have tried resetting the mobile and also reconfigured
the relationship. Any good ideas? I did use Windows Easy Transfer to convert
to my new Vista pc.
