Syncronizing between notebook and desktop

Hi,

I would like to know how I could synchronize both Outlook 2003 on my notebook
and my desktop, so that any appointement that I make in one computer could be
synchronize to the other

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See

copying the .pst file back and forth.
