SYNTAX Problems on a popup box

This comes up red in the VBE


With CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
.Popup "The files have been successfully installed to "
& Application.StartupPath." _
, 1, "Ops Reports Setup", 64
End With

How do I correct this?

You need:
With CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
..Popup "The files have been successfully installed to " _
& App[xxx]on.StartupPath & ".", 1, "Ops Reports Setup", 64
End With

(the [xxx] is to help with formatting this response only)
