We are facing an issue for one of our customers with MOSS 2007
Implementation. Please find the details of the issue below:
1) We have developed an InfoPath 2007 form and published it to a SharePoint
Forms Library through Central Admin as some code is included in the form.
2) Now a user logs in to the portal and opens the form, fills the data and
submits it. After submitting to the library, the created by for the item is
shown as System Account where as it was created by some other user. For any
user who fills and submits the form the Created By is always shown as System
Account only.
3) The same issue we don’t face when we create a normal list or form library
and upload documents. Here the Created by field shows the actual user who
created the item.
4) Also we are facing one more issue. We have written an SPD workflow to be
triggered on submitting the form. But the workflow is not getting initiated
on submit of the form.
5) We have tried the various options of enabling anonymous access, applying
hotfix, etc. but still we are not able to resolve the issue.
We would be very grateful for any help regarding the issue as it is a
business critical issue.
