System crash - need to restore cal and contacts... HELP

windows 2000 - outlook 2000 sp3

when system crashed, came up and lost calendar and contacts for both outlook
and outlook express. Where can I start to restore these??? Any help
appreciated,,tim

Please dis-regard,,, thank god for pocket pc's...synced up and got
everything back....
