system date/time validation

How do i get Access to display the system date/time in a field in a
table.Dont need individuals entering in that field,for every new record the
sysdate should appear and be saved as is/was.

Set the default value for the field to Now()

In the DesignView of the Table, set the default value of the Field to Now().
