right after office 2007 installation, my system always locked up while I run
a query or use internet explorer pop-up window. During my system freeze, I
was able to move my mouse, but only cursor moved & nothing happened. I've
also tried task manager or alt-tab to change application, and it didn't work.
all I had to do was waiting for hours or reoot system. Anyone had this
issue? Thanks.
